Taking a product from the drawing board
to production requires dedication and experience. Our
team of composite engineers and technicians have the
skills and equipment required for: materials and product
testing, rapid tooling/custom equipment fabrication,
and product quality.

S.A.R Composite Shop efficiently manufactures
products using filament winding, resin transfer molding
(RTM), resin infusion and hand-lay-up. Components can be cured using
the autoclave, oven or in RTM molds. This array of
fabrication techniques allows us to produce composite
components ranging from flat panels to complex 3D forms.
Selected round tooling is available at
no charge. Custom tooling will incur additional costs.
